技术可供性视角下AIGC嵌入学术期刊编辑出版的伦理风险及治理研究

摘要

AIGC进入学术期刊编辑出版流程后，效率提升与伦理风险往往发生于同一使用环节。本文借助技术可供性理论，从信息获取、分析辅助、内容生成和形式转换四个方面，考察技术能力转化为出版伦理风险的条件。分析认为，未经核实地采纳模型输出、缺少人机贡献记录及不当调用未公开材料，可能引发责任边界模糊、内容失真、评价偏差和数据权益受损。期刊应按业务任务划定使用边界，衔接披露、人工复核、数据保护与出版后纠错，并通过编辑能力建设保障制度执行。技术可以辅助信息处理与表达加工，但学术判断及其责任仍须落实到具体人员。
