Under the policy background of the Ministry of Education's comprehensive promotion of school aesthetic education infiltration action, music aesthetic education in local applied universities is facing the core proposition of transforming from "skills-oriented" to "literacy-oriented". This study is based on the front-line practice of music and dance colleges in local applied universities in Zhaoqing, and explores the construction of a full-chain music aesthetic education system that is led by counselors and covers daily ideological and political infiltration, special workshop support, and school-site practice extension. Two years of implementation experience shows that this model can transform music aesthetic education from a single skill training into an educational carrier that runs through the entire process of thought guidance, personality shaping, and ability growth, providing a replicable practical reference for the construction of aesthetic education in similar local colleges and universities.
